Same-Day Cancellations (within 24 hours of your appointment):

Your appointment will be canceled. No refund will be issued, and the full service cost—or the full deposit, if one was paid—will be forfeited.

Cancellations Made 24 to 48 Hours in Advance:

You are eligible for a one-time reschedule to a comparable service slot within 30 days of the original booking, subject to availability. No additional fees apply.

Cancellations Made 48 Hours or More in Advance:

Cancellation or rescheduling is permitted. However, a penalty fee may apply. The amount is determined at management’s discretion, based on how much notice was given and the demand for the time slot. Any remaining balance after the penalty will be refunded (via cash or bank transfer) or credited toward future services.

Note: Timeframes are measured from the scheduled start time of your service.

If you fail to arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time without notice, it is considered a same-day cancellation.

This results in forfeiture of the full service cost or deposit and is not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

Yes. For:

• Groups of three or more guests
• Multi-session treatment packages

A longer cancellation notice may be required. Full terms are outlined in your booking confirmation.

Yes. We may waive or reduce cancellation fees for:

• Medical emergencies (with a doctor’s note)
• Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government-mandated closures)

These are handled case-by-case at management’s discretion.

A deposit is required for group bookings, promotional specials, and appointments over 2 hours.

Deposits apply to your final bill. If forfeited, they are not refunded or credited.

Gift certificates follow the same cancellation terms as regular bookings.

Yes. Mille Fleurs may update this policy at any time. Changes will be published on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.

Payment is due at the time of service. Clients are responsible for the full cost of all services received. There has been no representation that any services are covered under health insurance, nor should clients expect to seek reimbursement from an insurance provider.

By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge and agree to pay the full cost of the procedure, even if the service is cancelled or discontinued at any time—whether by the technician, nurse, clinical assistant, or yourself.

All services and products are non-refundable.

Our goal is to provide you with the best in skincare and body care. If you find a product to be defective:

• We offer exchanges within 7 days of purchase, with a valid receipt
• Cash refunds are not available
• A spa credit will be issued for returned products, redeemable for other products or services at Mille Fleurs Spa

To maximize your spa experience, please familiarize yourself with our spa guidelines. Our reservation personnel will assist with planning your visit. For specialized treatments, please inform us if:

• You prefer a particular Esthetician
• You are celebrating a special occasion

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This ensures time to relax, enjoy the spa amenities, complete any necessary consultations, and prevent your treatment from being rushed.

Guests must be 18 years or older to receive body massages or body treatments unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

For parties of three or more, we ask that you book at least 1–2 weeks in advance. A completed contract and deposit are required to confirm your group appointment and coordinate pre-booking arrangements. 

Mille Fleurs Spa is a place of peace, relaxation, and tranquility. We respectfully ask that phones be silenced upon arrival to maintain a serene environment for all guests.
